Lester Pools, Inc. is a family-owned and operated pool company based at 79 Whitesville Road, Jackson, NJ. As a father-and-son team, we work on backyard pools as well as pools at motels, clubs, and community associations.

Being a family business shows up in everyday ways. The person who looks at your pool remembers it next season. When you ask about a previous repair, you don’t have to start the story over.

That familiarity helps us look beyond the job in front of us. We can talk through what’s been done, what needs attention now, and what to keep an eye on as your pool gets older.

Find the cause

We inspect the pool and look for what’s causing the issue. A visible leak or a noisy pump gives us a starting point, not the whole answer.

Explain the repair

We tell you what we found, what the repair involves, and what it will take to get the pool working properly again.

Talk through the timing

We also explain what could happen if the work waits until next season. You can decide what to do with a clear understanding of the trade-offs.

Pool liner replacement

A new liner.
Your water back.

Replacing a pool liner usually means draining the pool, then refilling it from a hose or paying for a water delivery.

When site conditions allow, we store your existing pool water during the liner replacement and return it afterward. It takes more equipment and work on our side, but saves you from starting the refill from scratch.

We’ll confirm whether water storage is practical for your pool before work begins.

We work on in-ground and above-ground pools, from new construction and routine maintenance to repairs—or removal when a pool no longer fits your plans.

Construction & removal
New pool construction where there’s currently lawn, or removal of an existing pool when it’s time for a different use of the space.
Openings & closings
Spring pool openings and fall closings, including winterization to protect your pool through the colder months.
Cleaning & water care
Weekly and one-time pool cleaning, water chemistry, and conversions from conventional chlorine systems to saltwater systems.
Repairs & liners
Pool pump, filter, heater, plumbing, and wall repairs, along with vinyl liner repair and replacement.

From Jackson, we serve Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, and Burlington counties in New Jersey. We also cross over to Staten Island, New York, where some of our longest-standing customers live.

For commercial pool service, we work with the paperwork and scheduling needs of motels, clubs, and community associations. Their deadlines are different from a backyard pool’s, and we plan accordingly.
