We inspect the pool while it is operating whenever possible and test the systems needed to isolate the fault. You receive a clear explanation of what is wrong, what the repair requires and whether the issue is urgent or can be scheduled. If a specific part must be ordered, we explain that dependency rather than promising a completion date the supply chain may not support.
Urgent and non-urgent conditions are handled differently. Rapid water loss, exposed electrical risk or a suspected heater gas leak requires prompt attention and the affected equipment should not be used. A noisy but functioning pump or a minor non-progressive issue may be suitable for planned service.

A liner with several patches and another tear may also be beyond a reliable repair; that decision belongs in a proper liner replacement assessment.
